My 24+ years as a Writer | Producer | Editor have taken me from an internship in my hometown of Youngstown, OH to a local news station gig in Raleigh, NC and finally to the regional sports business…first in Atlanta, GA and now in Minneapolis, MN. Along the way I worked with Avid Media Composer for the first 17 years until the COVID-induced work from home era led me to Adobe Premiere Pro. And I haven’t looked back. I have also developed proficient skills in Photoshop and After Effects and know my way around Illustrator.

 

Sports have always been a passion of mine, so the oppurtunity to blend them with my career has been a pleasure. Throughout the years with FOX Sports/Bally Sports/FanDuel Sports Network I have created on-air and digital promotions for more than 20 professional teams across MLB, MLS, NBA, NFL, NHL, PWHL, and WNBA. I’ve also worked on projects for some collegiate partners including Coastal Carolina, Marquette, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

 

Part of my job duties have also extended to working with crews and talent in both studio and on-location settings, including the frigid outdoor environments for the annual Hockey Day Minnesota promo shoots and the much warmer confines of media days for the Carolina Hurricanes, Minnesota Twins, and Minnesota Wild.

 

In my most recent role as Senior Writer | Producer | Editor for FanDuel Sports Network I took on more of a leadership position aiding other editors. Part of those responsibilities included creating multi-team and multi-sport toolkits and templates for use across the nation. I also had the opportunity to create corporate sizzle reels that were showcased at summits with our MLB, NBA, and NHL league partners and later adapted to aid our ad-sales department in acquiring/retaining clients.
